Found a trending sound on Instagram you want as your ringtone? Here's how to download it and set it up:

1. Find the reel or video on Instagram with the sound you want.
2. Copy the link by tapping Share → Copy Link.
3. Go to InstaReelsSaver.com and paste the link in the download field.
4. Switch to the Audio tab and click Download to save the audio file.
5. Trim the audio (optional) using a free audio editor to keep just the part you want.
6. Set as ringtone in your phone's Settings → Sound → Ringtone.

After downloading, you may want to trim the audio to keep just the chorus or your favorite part. Free tools like Audacity (desktop) or audio cutter apps (mobile) make this easy.
